Inventory
Adjust Inventory
Adjust Inventory is used to adjust stock counts within a warehouse bin or within an inventory package. This is usually performed by the warehouse manager/supervisor.
Adjusting Inventory Stock Process:
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Adjust Inventory.
Enter or scan a part number or part product code in the the Part Number or PCID field, enter or search for a part number or part product code.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Part Number or PCID field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate part number or part product code.
3. Enter the required information about the part, provide a reason the adjustment is occurring.
Scanning a barcode containing a product code or part number will open the scanner counter.
4. Click the filter icon next to the location header to pull up onhand locations.
5. Select an onhand location to populate the required information automatically.
6. Click PROCESS.
Adjusting Packaged Stock Process:
Requires ERP 10.2.300 or greater
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Adjust Inventory.
Enter or scan a part number or part product code in the the Part Number or PCID field, enter or search for a part number or part product code.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Part Number or PCID field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate part number or part product code.
a. A modal will open and users are required to select which item within the package to adjust.
b. Information about the location cannot be modified as it is within a package, provide a reason the adjustment is occurring.
c. Scanning a barcode containing a product code or part number will open the scanner counter.
3. Click PROCESS.
Enabling AdHoc Count in Settings
Tap on the
Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the
Main Menu, tap on Settings and select Inventory.
In
Inventory Settings, Under Adjust Inventory, Adjust the button to Enable Adhoc Count.
Enter in the
Employee Default Warehouse Code and the Defaylt AdHov Count Reason Code,
Enable the
Remember Reason Code option if the Reason Code will be used for subsequent transactions.
AdHoc Count Function in Adjust Inventory
In
Adjust Inventory the AdHoc Count checkbox option will be available to use and can be used in these scenarios:

Move Inventory
Moving Inventory Stock Process:
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Move Inventory.
Enter or scan a part number or part product code in the the Part Number or PCID field, enter or search for a part number or part product code.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Part Number or PCID field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate part number or part product code.
3. Enter the required information on the transaction.
a. Scanning a barcode containing a product code or part number will open the scanner counter.
4. Click PROCESS.
Moving Packaged Stock Process:
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Move Inventory.
Enter or scan a part number or part product code in the the Part Number or PCID field, enter or search for a part number or part product code.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Part Number or PCID field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate part number or part product code.
3. Click PROCESS.
Move Lot
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
2. Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Move Lot.
3. In the TO section, enter in the warehouse code in the the Warehouse Code field, then enter in the bin number in the Bin Number field.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Warehouse Code and Bin Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate warehouse number and bin number.
4. Enter in the Lot Number in the Lot Number field.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Lot Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate Lot number.
Add any references in the Reference field if needed.
Click on Process.
Move Serial Number
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
2. Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Move Serial.
3. In the TO section, enter in the warehouse code in the the Warehouse Code field, then enter in the bin number in the Bin Number field.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Warehouse Code and Bin Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate warehouse number and bin number.
4. Scan or enter in the Serial Number in the Serial Number field.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Serial Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate serial number.
5. Add any references in the Reference field if needed.
6. Click on Process.
Move PCID
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select PCID
3. In the TO section, enter in the warehouse code in the the Warehouse Code field, then enter in the bin number in the Bin Number field.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Warehouse Code and Bin Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate warehouse number and bin number.
4. Enter in the PCID in the the PCID field.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the PCID field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate PCID.
5. Add any references in the Reference field if needed.
6. Click on Process.
Move Bin to Bin
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
2. Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Move Bin To Bin.
3. In the FROM section, enter in the warehouse code in the the Warehouse Code field, then enter in the bin number in the Bin Number field.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Warehouse Code and Bin Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate warehouse number and bin number.
4. Tick on the checkbox if moving Parts or PCID, or both.
5. If the user will move the respective parts to their respective primary bin, tick the respective Move to Primary Bin checkbox.
6. In the TO section, enter in the warehouse code in the the Warehouse Code field, then enter in the bin number in the Bin Number field.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Warehouse Code and Bin Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate warehouse number and bin number.
7. Add any references in the Reference field if needed.
8. Click on Process.
Cycle Count
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Trackers and select Cycle Count.
2. Select a Cycle Count.
3. Search or enter Cycle Count Tag.
4. Click GENERATE PART TAGS if required.
5. Enter the required number of Part Tags.
a. Enter Lot and Quantity details in the Tag Entry tab.
6. Click CANCEL/OK.
Cycle Count Extended
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
2. Under the Main Menu, tap on Trackers and select Cycle Count Extended.
4. Select a Cycle Count which displays tags on the Select Tag tab.
a. Select the Scan Type to best fit your scanning.
b. Search or enter values in the succeeding fields.
5. Click ALL MATCHES to display available tags and click GENERATE TAGS if required.
7. Complete the Part Number, Bin Number, Quantity, and UOM Code details in their respective fields in the Tag Entry tab.
a. Click on WORKSHEET for multiple UOMs.
8. In the Lot Number and Quantity fields, select or scan a line to enter Lot Number and Quantity in the Tag Entry tab.
a. Click on WORKSHEET for multiple UOMs.
9. Click SAVE.
UOM Split/Merge
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select UOM Split/Merge.
Search or enter the Part Number, Warehouse, and Bin in their respective fields.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Part Number, Warehouse, and Bin fields to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate Part Number, Warehouse, and Bin.
3. Enter the Quantity and UOM code in the Quantity and UOM Code fields and choose to MERGE or SPLIT.
4. In the next screen, choose the number of the new UOM being created.
Unpick Sales Order
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Unpick Sales Order.
Search or enter the Order Number, Line and Release numbers in the Order tab in their respective fields.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Order Number, Line and Rel fields to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate Order Number, Line and Release numbers.
3. Search or enter the PCID in the PCID tab.
4. Click UNPICK ORDER.
Unpick Transfer Order
1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Inventory and select Unpick Transfer Order.
Search or enter the Transfer Order Number and Line in the Order tab in their respective fields.
a. Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Transfer Order Number and Line fields to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate Transfer Order Number and Line.
Confirm the Quantity to Unpick.
Click UNPICK ORDER.
