Steps to follow after CAB Install

  1. The data model should be regenerated and App pool needs to be recycled in the Epicor server you are currently logged in. If you are unsure of this process please contact Epicor Support.

 

NOTE: ONLY DO THE BELOW IF STEP 1 (DATA MODEL REGEN / APP POOL RECYCLE) HAS BEEN COMPLETED

 

  1. Once the above set up is completed go to Epicor > Conversion Workbench

  2. Select Conversion task 210 > select ‘Run Pending Conversions’

  1. Once this is complete, perform another App Pool Recycle on the System

  2. The services required to operate the dispatch portal should now be created.
