Get the latest CAB file for Dispatch Portal from the email sent from BISCIT.
If you are running Epicor on-prem (on your company server) then copy the CAB file on to your Epicor server.
If you are a cloud customer, to use Solution Workbench, you either need to install an agent in your browser or download Kinetic Client. Follow either of the steps to use Solution Workbench,
3.1. Install Edge agent in the browser:
Open Epicor on browser and type Solution Workbench.
You will get a pop up similar to the screenshot below.
Copy the Application Server URL from the above pop up, you will need this value during the installation process.
Click the Download link in the pop up.
Once the agent is downloaded double click the agent file from the download folder.
Follow the instructions in the installation window and install the agent.
Once the agent is installed restart the browser and navigate to Epicor on the browser, now you will be configured to use Solution Workbench. Go to step 5.

There may be errors during this process, these errors are ok to ignore as they are errors relating to the tables not yet existing and being needed in the BPMs
Following this, the data model should be regenerated and App pool needs to be recycled in the Epicor server you are currently logged in. If you are unsure of this process please contact Epicor Support.
Once the above set up is completed go to Epicor > Conversion Workbench
Select Conversion task 210 > Select Actions in the tab at the top > select ‘Run Pending Conversions’
Once this is complete, perform another App Pool Recycle on the System
You should now be setup to use the Dispatch Portal.
